The exclusive non‑slip grip allows the ruler to glide smoothly over the fabric while positioning, then stay firmly in place with light pressure to prevent slipping as you cut. Black and white markings are easy to read, with a 1in grid divided into 1/8in and 1/4in increments.

  Use the black numbers on white dots and the 1/4in grip side to cut whole inches. Turn the ruler to use the white numbers on black dots and the 1/2in grip sides for half‑inch increments using the Turn‑a‑Round feature. Two adjoining sides include 1/4in dashed lines to help trim seam allowances. White and black 45‑degree lines make it easy to trim half‑square triangles, flying geese units, squares set on point, and to mark cross‑hatch quilting lines. A 30/60‑degree line is included for cutting diamonds and marking diamond cross‑hatch quilting.
